Coalhurst

Village
82 H

Approximately 7 km west of Lethbridge.

The name was derived from a combination of coal, which is abundant in the Lethbridge area, and an early settler James Hurst. In 1885, the name Lethbridge was adopted to include both places. The village of Coalhurst was reincorporated at this site in 1979.
